As you step through the threshold, you are treated to the breath-taking view of the luxurious lap pool as well as the golden beach and the Indian Ocean beyond. Amazingly this view is replicated across all the beach facing areas of the villa including the bedrooms, as well as the sitting areas along with the verandas and balcony.
The villa offers three spacious bedrooms; all with wooden floors, storage spaces and ensuite facilities. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms set right next to the pool, a sitting/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor comprises one bedroom, a small sitting area next to the landing, an office/study offering a selection of books and board games along with an expansive balcony overlooking the pool, and an uninterrupted view of the beach and ocean.
Ahungalla Beach House is ideally placed so that you may indulge in a range of activities/excursions such as snorkelling as well as surfing, visiting the historic Gangatilaka vihara temple, exploring the turtle hatcheries of Kosgoda and taking a boat ride along Madu river.
